Q: We are going on the QM2 in October doing a back to back trans. crossing. We have just one day in NY does Cunard offer any excursion for the 6/8 hours we are in New York. If not what is the best way to see as much as you can in this short time. Also any tips on how to organise this yourself would be much appreciated. Many Thanks

Hi, we went on an organised trip around New York with the Queen Mary, but we did not get to see alot as there were a few disabled people on our coach and it took a lifetime to get them on and off the coach (not their fault of course). I would strongly6 recommend you get a taxi and do your own thing. It will cost you a hell of a lot less, or you could get a taxi into Manhattan and jump on the tour bus
