Q: my cousin will be travelling on the queen mary 2 next year transatlantic, as she is disabled and has never been on a cruise before she would appreciate any tips for the disabled. she also would be interested to find out who lauched the queen mary also what route the ship takes.ie does it hug the coast anywhere on route.

We were on QM2 reently and there were quite a few people with walking sticks, wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Your cousin will find the crew very helpful I'm sure, and will have a great time.
