A sad farewell voyage on the old QE2 after many years of sailing on her. We were in a cheap inside cabin in the stern so we had plenty of vibration and noise, but apart from that there were no complaints. The food is still good although the service was hurried, because we were in the Mauretania Restaurant, but the midnight buffets are still brilliant in the Lido. Lots of first timers who were taking advantage of her last year.
The problem is which ship to take next year?!

| Quality of Food | |
| The Lido (self service) where the food was always good and the Mauretania. | | Entertainment | |
| Went dancing every night. | | Shore Excursions | |
| Tuscany with the chance to sample olive oil, wine liquer etc | | Staff | |
| I rates 'Papa' as my star steward in the Lido bar. He is the longest serving ?40 years on the ship. | | Children's Facilities | n/a |
| | Onboard Activities | |
| Yes I enjoyed the table tennis and the ballroom dancing lessons. | | Cabins | |
| I had seen my inside cabin in the stern, so knew it was a good size. I hadn't realized it was so noisy and we needed ear plugs to sleep. | | Overall Rating | |
