Fantastic experience in every department - food , service , entertainment. Marred only by a cheeky , haughty madam of a maid on level 4 called Iryna - anyone else get the rough edge of her tongue ??
Rather surprised no gardening talks - Roy Lancaster too expensive ??

Iryna was our maid on deck 4 and we found her lovely, hard working and nothing was too much trouble

Did you complain about the maid? She obviously needs a little retraining. I'm sure her attitude is not aceptable to Cunard or its customers. We once heard two bar staff arguing, using langage unbecoming a cruise ship. We complained and recieved a written apology later. If something is not right, say so, then something can be done. If they don't know about it they can't fix it.
